KEVIN TOBIN

Kevin provided industrial real estate brokerage, build-to-suit development, municipal and multi-state incentive negotiations and consulting services at CB Richard Ellis for over 27 years. He has completed industrial transactions and developments totaling over 13.6 million square feet. He was a top producer for CB Richard Ellis in the Chicago area and nationally. Kevin represented SIOR and AIRE in the drafting of the 6b Cook County industrial property classification statute, the only industrial real estate tax reduction legislation in the history of Cook County, Illinois. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

DAVID JONES

Dave has over 10 years of professional consulting experience at Towers Perrin, Pricewaterhouse, and Marakon Associates. He has extensive experience consulting to clients ranging from Fortune 500 to privately held companies and has led consulting engagements encompassing strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and financial analyses. Prior to his career as a consultant, Dave worked for four years in Japan as an engineer with Motorola and Nissan Automotive. He has worked and traveled extensively in Asia (Japan, China, and S.E. Asia) and speaks Japanese. Postgraduate education includes M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and M.B.A. from University of Chicago.

CATHLEEN SAFFA

Cathleen has 24 years experience in commercial property management, having overseen the management of office, retail and industrial properties, as well as lifestyle centers.

Cathleen has expertise in lease negotiations and execution; development and management of operating and capital budgets; administration of bidding out, awarding and oversight of vendor contracts; ensuring tenant and capital improvements are completed to specification, at budget and on time; hiring, training and supervision of all building staff; coordinating tenant move-in and move-outs and developing tenant relations programs.

Cathleen has commissioned 13 new developments including the AT&T Corporate Office Center/USG Building Complex (Chicago, IL) and supervised the successful renovation, repositioning and marketing of several properties including the Highland Oaks Corporate Office Center (Downers Grove, IL), which received the prestigious TOBY Award. Saffa holds the RPA designation with BOMA and has been active on several BOMA committees. Saffa is a licensed broker.
