Family Dollar is one of the fastest growing discount store chains in the United States. During the last ten years, more than 4,000 new stores have been added to the chain, of which over half were added in the last five years. Tobin Development is completing a 9,000 square foot facility in Orlando, FL for Family Dollar. This store is ideally located in order to reach Family Dollars target demographic. This facility represents Tobin Developments ability to deliver focused product for our key retail partners.
