THE CHALLENGE:

Provide a 22,000 sq.ft. building with specialized requirements for Gymkhana, a growing gymnastics club.

THE SOLUTION:

Tobin Development partnered with Krusinski Construction Company to design, build and lease a new facility to GymKhana Gymnastics Club and Dance Studio. Five years after completion, Mike Buckley, Gymkhana Gymnastics Club and Dance Studio purchased the building five years into the lease.
